They offer a variety of bread, but I particularly recommend their shokupan (Japanese milk bread). Initially, their operating hours were from 11 am to 2 pm, but now they are open from 11 am to 5 pm. They are closed on Sundays, Mondays, and during the Obon festival and New Year's holidays. I apologize if the information is incorrect. Update: As of early November 2018, this bakery was still open, despite reports of it being closed on December 30, 2018. It's unclear who marked it as closed, but if you're going to do so, please write in the review that it is indeed closed. It's unfair to label it without any evidence, as the hardworking people at Hanasakimura Workshop continue to make and sell their bread. Although I no longer work there, I regularly check their website for updates on their business operations.
