Skyteam Lounge

This poor lounge is so over used with over capacity and floods of people. If I were the fire department, I'd shut it down. No seats anywhere and their specialty is Korean instant noodle. Good or bad, you figure, because if you are a Korean instant noodler, you are probably in heaven!! To top it off, the Wi-Fi was weak and can't up or download photos for some reason. We are almost in the mist of 5G roll out, and this type of Wi-Fi is almost like dial up modem. Remember those days?? Anyways, this place is no bueno. Sorry, too many airlines using this place. Somebody needs to do something.

The KAL lounge makes me feel like I've stepped into Korea or Japan. What an elegant design, with exceptional service. I am so impressed and feel high class. The food is healthy, five-star flavor and with a lot of variety. They have a good selection of drinks and a full bar is also included. There is an outdoor seating and inside lounging areas. Plenty of room for everyone. The bathroom is five star quality and there are showers for guests. I took a shower while I was there and it was refreshing. The shower room looked like a hotel. The view from the outside is of the international pavilion, which has the most gorgeous artistic monitors. Makes you soak in the beauty of the world and reminds you that all is good and to breath in the moment. The lounge also has a large table for people to pull out their computers and get some work done!

The lounge is very busy ! Too many l'œillère with their kids. It is not relaxing nor quiet. The food buffet is ok . Staff are very kind and work hard.

So-so lounge. I was surprised that this terminal only has one lounge for all Sky Team airlines which is led under Korean Air. There's plenty of room for seating. However that's about it for the positive aspects. Food is scarse and its quality is not what a Sky Team lounge should offer. The personnel is also missing most of the time for cleaning and replenishing the food. It's really a shame that flyers who pay a lot for their business-class ticket have such a poor waiting time experience.

Very good lounge and the best part for me is it was not too crowded. These lounges are getting very crowded these days and that is a big problem.
