The curb-side performance if this place does not do justice. Inside is a great place to eat! We ordered the chicken waffles, with bacon and cheese, as well as the Colorado Omelette and we were impressed by the quality and quantity of both. The manager was very conscientious and brought us hazelnut ice cream coffee that wasn't even on the menu. That was the best IHOP we ever were. We will definitely eat again at this place!

Beautiful new IHOP location with breakfast, lunch and dinner available all day. The food was excellent, fresh and hot on arrival at the table. Coffee, juices and drinks as you wish. The staff was great and the bill was common local prices, really not too expensive. Many cabins inside and a bar seating area, parking is also available outside. Enjoy and Aloha

The best breakfast is of course IHOP. The hash browns are really seasoned, the bacon is the correct thickness, the eggs are not dry and they are fluffy. The pancakes are beautiful and thick and they have a variety of syrups that you can pour on them. A lot of variety and plenty of space to adjust. The best part is coffee. Although they can be a bit faster on the refills. But they are always busy, which is good. That's his fit. What makes the coffee great is the fact that they have vanilla creamers! On the weekend morning it is extremely busy so make sure you have reserved a table.

The seasonal Brioche strawberry orange French toast is phenomenal. Food and service was fast and amazing. Edit: As good as yesterday with various employees.

We were a party of 12 and the wait was long which was expected. It took forever to get our food. My wife was pregnant and she was the last one to get food. And the chocolate chip pancakes were undercooked and doughy. The service was nice and the rest of the food was DELICIOUS!!!
