I tried to show proof of purchase and my order while It was still pulled up but he was uncooperative. Showed a unprofessional attitude and lack of customer service.
Girl was on her phone and upset because I’m ordering rushing me disgusting DO NOT EAT
Customer service was lacking. I was not acknowledged by staff. The two ladies continued to gossip about weekend plans before asking for my order.
It was my first time going here, and I enjoyed myself so much because of the two ladies working behind the counter. They had great personalities ?
Tonight I order on the app, and the app said my order was ready. I get to the store and the female behind the register was so rude, said my order just came through, all while rolling her neck. I had my family sitting out in the car so I stayed inside and ask the female why all the attitude, I’m just trying to get food. I came here to say customer service has really gotten to the point where people don’t even want to go to a business because the workers mistreat people so bad. This is very unacceptable for paying customers when all we do is order via the app. I haven’t even got home to see what she through together because I couldn’t even walk out the door before she turned the lights out to close.
