Subway - Juneau

Of the $3 it costs to add avocado to a footlong, I think out of 5 orders I've gotten it 2ce... Selecting avocado and mentioning it on the comments doesn't do anything it seems...The online app, I'm assuming, is poorly designed and results in orders being incomplete or wrong as a guess. I think it has to do with door dash as a third party but at the least, it is the app. Good place with decent folks. Ordering at the place is fine but online is a gamble if you order extras. Y’all should include a toping like BG hot chopped peppers or alike!

Subway is arguably my favorite place to get sandwiches. The food is absolutely DELICIOUS, the people are friendly and give me my order exactly how I asked, and they make sure to ask me if I prefer small preferences like toasted bread or melted cheese. They have plenty of options and the restaurant is always clean. If you are on a diet that does not allow foods like bread (such as keto), they can fix a salad for you with everything you would normally put in a sandwich, just in a salad. It is hard to find anything to complain about, but if I had to pick something, it would be the small number of tables inside, meaning not many people can sit down and eat. I love Subway and highly recommend it to anyone with any diet.

Don't go to that subway. The man who is the cash register charged twice to me and my boyfriend. As I realized he made me a void and then he made my boyfriend paid again saying that he had already cancelled his previous transaction. Later we verified in his bank app and he definitely charged twice. As we don't live in Juneau we are going to send the request via subway webpage. It was so disrespectful, this man is really rude and dishonest. He for sure wanted to make fun of us. This happened yesterday, July 23 at around 2 pm. I hope subway makes the return of the money.

They had removed stuff from menu and had less ingredients and toppings.

Amazing experience I just had with the whole crew that assisted me and gave me great helpful advice tips on a subway sandwich(THE BOSS) and the bread That will not only get me full but keep me warm with amazing flavor sauce choice that was recommended with my fresh brewed tea and bag of chips on the side. Jo-Ann manager, Ronin, Michael, and Dani was the PERFECT crew to have, sorry if I miss spelled your names and everyone was very professional and spoke well mannered words and super nice. I highly recommend them to be able to work all day everyday day and train more people to be just like them. My first bite of my subway sandwich was amazing and burst with flavor with all the sides I chose to add on it also. Keep up the great work everyone that worked today's shift at about 11:25AM. If you need a healthy and fulfilling meal, then come to Subway in the morning breakfast selections they have available now for when your on my way to work, lunch break selections, and perfect dinner for your family to take home and don't be shy to ask for extra selections to your subway sandwich order on the menu.
