They’ll take your order for and charge you for extra toppings, run out of said toppings , and then won’t tell you about it. If confronted, you’ll be cussed
Absolute trash. No response from the drive though or the phone. Once the order was placed my 16yr old daughter was treated with absolute disrespect as a customer. They shut the lights off before they even got their food. I wish this town offered real service for what is advertised. Yet another reason why we are ready to leave this town. All of the tacos were all lettuce and cheese. While they advertised no lettuce. Just another junk experience in junk city.
If I could give a zero I would. I ordered on my app, it took an hour to get here, when I opened my bags my entire order was missing all its produce and some items weren’t even there. I called to find out why my order was so wrong the kid working said they ran out of everything while they were making it, I asked why they couldn’t call to let me know he said we threw in 2 bags of chips to compensate… which must be true because there were no cheese sauce cups for the 2 nachos I did order. I spent $64 on the order so I asked for a refund he rudely said if you want a refund go get it from your app and then hung up on me. On a side note my door dasher “confirmed” he handed me my order I didn’t get the notification for about 10minutes so my food was cold… not that I was going to eat it anyway!!
