Velero - Juist

In mid-September we stayed at Velero at Juist for dinner. The place is located on the dune and is therefore a beach café from the location and decor. The device has a vintage character, but not without touch. There is no menu, the guest must choose from a large, centrally hanging table. This is more annoying, but the food served is fully compensated and can be the best of the island. The dishes are very tasty, elaborately decorated, and the amount is also ok. The seawolf was very juicy, the risotto very tasty, the sauces / suits very innovative. And all this at very acceptable prices. Only drawback: a reservation one/two days before is very advisable.

It's delicious again. Zanderfilet under potato crust, the Rumpsteak and the Lachsburger were tastefully fabulous. We like to come back.
