Frumpy Joe's - Jonesburg

I have driven past this place for years. Today I decided to stop. I even passed my exit and had to turn around. Best choice I made all day. How often do you walk into a Bar and hear Aaron Kamm and the One Drops playing. The staff was top shelf for sure. The only bad thing was to hear that the place will be closing the end of June. I definitely recommend 100% to stop in and have some GREAT food served by Wonderful people.

Good food reasonable prices. It was really good to see the bartender helping out the wait staff and everyone working together to take care of the customers. Very rare in today's world!

I use to eat here all the time about 15 years ago. Loved to atmosphere, the service, the food. This time I brought my family with me to share my nostalgia. Sadly we could not stay in there for 5 minutes! It was Soo smoky from all the fry grease. I have little kids that were coughing. There were alot of people in the back room and a couple tables filled in the front room.

Stopped in while visiting my brother and had an awesome lunch. Met Frumpy himself who makes some super yummy homemade ranch..the food was awesome and the people running the place were friendly and made ya feel at home. Would definitely return if we didn't live 18 hours away...and if I ever make it back I'm big time hoping for those fish tacos next time
