Przekaż informację zwrotnąI wish this was a good review. (Long post) I visited with my mom today. When we arrived, the hostess was seated in the waiting area eating her lunch. I understand food service and sometimes you have to take your breaks when you can. She seated us with one menu and asked if we needed an extra. I kindly replied yes, but of course we needed two menus for two people. I went to the bathroom only to find the toilet tissue hanging from the purse hanger in the stall. One soap dispenser was operative (with watery soap) and the other was broken. No trash bag in the garage can. I opted for the salad bar but it looked unmanaged and only had 2 dirty plates available. While I was eating my appetizer a critter (roach) kindly greeted me on the wall. The server was kind and very apologetic but if a critter felt comfortable making an appearance in broad daylight, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I'm so sad because most Ruby Tuesday locations have closed down and I really loved their salad bar.
Great food. I used rubytuego at the last visit. they can order and pay online or pay when they pick up their order. as soon as they give up their order, they will receive a pick-up time.
The appetizers and drinks were excellent! The salmon was cooked perfectly!
The server greeted us warmly upon our arrival and appeared busy serving a large party. However, when we returned, we enjoyed delicious ribs.
The service at this restaurant has improved significantly. It seems like they have brought in a new team, and I love it.
