Cafe Mexicali - Johnstown

The food was delicious and the staff were generally helpful and friendly. However, we found the menu to be confusing during our first visit. The restaurant was clean with a terrace dining area available, but the atmosphere was just okay. The food was served in large aluminum pans, which made it difficult to eat the crushed burrito. For the amount of money spent on a family of four, we could have eaten at a nicer restaurant for a similar price. Overall, Cafe Mexicali was not a good value for the money spent.

The meal was fantastic. I ordered a shredded chicken burrito, and the meat was tender, juicy, and flavorful. I usually like my burritos to have a little more filling, but overall it was a great experience. No complaints about the service, as we received our orders promptly.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant today! My order was quite large, but the entire staff was more than happy to accommodate all of my requests without any complaints, despite the short notice. The group of 10 people I was with thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered, trying almost every item on the menu. Thank you so much for the delicious food and impeccable service!

4 we had caffe mexacali with the black. it was very good. I had it in a bowl because of incompatibility. the others had it in flourtortilla. at least 1 he had in the bowl because it was so hard to get

My green chile pork breakfast burrito didn't last long enough for me to take a photo and I'm not sorry.They make fresh tortillas in house. Everyone there was smiling and happy to be there too.Run, don't walk. You won't be disappointed!
