Bonefish Grill Johnstown

Excellent service and food! The Caesar Salat was exceptional!! I know it's not just another Caesar salad from another restaurant. The dressing was delicious and so well balanced. It wasn't common, so I probably liked it so much! Our entrees were the Bonefish Signature Pasta and the scallops and shrimp speciality. Both were delicious! They grilled the shrimp and had a charred spicy taste. All right! Serve large portions. Again, super good service, very pleasant waiting staff. Recommend all these dishes and this restaurant at this point!

Had a great experience here. Our waiter Abraham was at the top of things and fulfilled every need we had without ever having to ask us. The entire staff was friendly and fast. Abraham needs an increase! At the end of the meal they surprised us with a free slice of cheesecake when they heard that we celebrated our 6-month anniversary. The food was amazing! The Knall Bang Shrimp was phenomenal and I am happy to go back soon! Great.

Long story short: lots of credit to their employees and management for everything they could do to an evening with a bad start. We stayed here on Valentine's Day with 7:00 reservations. At 6:55 we found a lot of people waiting to stay and a packed restaurant. The hostess told us that there would be a 25-minute waiting period for our reservation, which was a poorer, to start a Valentine's Day and defeat the purpose of making a reservation a week ago. After waiting for 10 minutes, I asked a manager and explained my frustrations about the situation. She immediately offered (Nikki) to compose our whole evening. I was surprised, but admired their determination and speed when trying to take care of the customers. She was very apologetic and friendly. We have enjoyed the seats at the bar and ordered drinks (mooth old fashion and winter cosmo). They came at 7:25, and we sat there. During dinner our waiter Jaren was attentive, but not intrusive. He took care of us and gave helpful suggestions for the meal. The food took a while, but that was expected, given the fact that the restaurant was busy (and they were packed). We loved the Calamari, and the taste of the Imperial Cod was phenomenal. The fillet was perfectly boiled medium, and it was delicious. Nikki followed her offer and composed the evening. We still tipped Jaren because he did a great job. Finally, I sincerely appreciate the efforts of Nikki and Jaren, we (and my friend especially) feel welcome and take care of a special Valentine's Day evening.

This place continues to impress. This is the second place I visited. The food is great and furnished in an upscale environment. I ordered the Bonefish Signature Pasta with salmon. The black shrimps Tacos and Sirloin and shrimp were also ordered. Our server was attentive and very nice.

Went there on Easter. We had a reservation and the service was very good. I would have given 5 stars for the food, but the shrimp that came with the steak and the salmon on the pasta WAS TOO SPICY!! If we wanted the burn, we could've gone to a Mexican restaurant or added our own pepper. More flavor please and less heat!!
