This JJ’s is awesome! Always fast, always accurate, always delicious! I love love love this order because they actually used the names I chose for the order!

First of all, I usually get lunch from here, the sandwiches are typically good and it’s timely for delivery. In this case, the eglin store is absolutely atrocious, so I had received a credit on my account for their overall incompetence and inability to make a sandwich. So I called the store to order delivery since I work very close. I had placed my order and told them that I have a credit on my account. Apparently it only depends on the store, and I expressed that I had no desire to get food poisoning or nasty food ever again so that credit is pointless to have at the eglin store. The manager was rude and encouraged me order carry out from them and “she wouldn’t expect them to fix her mistakes”, which is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. You’re the same company do your job and having to give this information to the district manager is not handling things in a timely or reasonable manner, I was just trying to order lunch on my break.. so I will be leaving negative reviews on both stores for obvious reasons

It's not the same as I'd get in St. Pete, but the Cubano brings back the memories and it is good. Better with a bright festive summer beer and chips.

Pretty much excellent, store filthy though
