Kfc - Johnson City

After waiting almost 15 minutes for our food, the sides were wrong, the chicken was barely warm and greasy except for the spicy chicken sandwich. It was hot but half the size of the bun and not spicy. It had a drizzle of some kind of sauce on it. Will not go back there.

Waited in line about 20 minutes. Was 3 cars ahead of me. When I got to the window, I paid. Waited couple minutes, then someone came to window and parked me on other side of building. Waited over there couple of minutes. After about 25 total minutes wait time, I walked in and got my money back. 30 minutes is too long to have to wait for a famous bowl. Nobody ahead of me was parked. Watched 2 buckets of chicken go out to car in front of me. Don't think it takes 20 minutes to fry popcorn chicken.

The cashier kept calling me boss. They should teach more respect. Very slow at filling the orders when the place was empty. I felt like I'm not a priority even though they have no business.

Every time I visit this KFC they are out of something. I went there a few months back and they had no chicken. Today when I went they asked if I wanted crispy or original and I said crispy and they only had a couple pieces left.

Me and the wife stopped in for a quick bite to eat before a movie. They were very quick and the food was great. Kudos to the crew
