The employees do their best. The line here can get pretty long and they don't have the recipies for all the drinks memorized, so you might not get exactly what you're looking for. But they are employees of Giant, not Starbucks coorperate, so can't complain too much. They're friendly even through the big rushes they deal with, which makes the experience better.
One of the worst Starbucks locations in the entire United States yet still the best coffee in this area. I am always amazed at the sheer incompetence and complete lack of anything resembling customer service from the staff here. Pro tip: check your order before leaving because odds are, it's been made wrong.
