I won’t be returning, as I’ve always enjoyed fantastic meals from there in the past. The joy of visiting this fast grocery store has always been the consistently delicious food, much like what you’d expect from Chick-fil-A. However, today was a letdown. I received a poorly cooked breakfast with an untoasted muffin that was soggy and inedible—I couldn't even finish the first bite. The hash browns were served burning hot yet seemed overboiled or reheated. They had no flavor at all, just a stale, oily crunch. I absolutely dislike wasting money and food, but I ended up doing both due to the poor quality of this breakfast. This was definitely a disappointing experience!
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the manager's attitude. When I requested four large cups of ice instead of my $3 drink, he seemed irritated, as if he couldn't be bothered to fulfill such a simple request. Instead of providing the cups, they offered me a bag of ice, which wasn’t what I wanted. The entire interaction felt rude and unprofessional. I hope they can improve customer service in the future.
The food was fantastic, as always. I decided to dine in for a change instead of ordering ahead. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the portion sizes were generous. I had the protein chicken muffin and a mixed fruit bowl, both of which were very delicious. No complaints at all!
Worst Chick-fil-A ever. When I arrived, I was on the line. Then they weren't right. Not the Chick-fil-A experience. Management must improve it.
This review is long overdue I literally live right behind this Chick-fil-A and they seem to always mess up my order! I get there right at 9:50 very clear about what I want and it's even right on the ticket and yet I get my order and it's missing an item. I'm in high level sales, and if a customer comes in at 8:55 I'm going to give him/her the same customer service that I will give the customer that comes in at 10:00 a.m! Unacceptable!!
