If you’re looking for some Miami variety in Portland, def check out Palomar. Drinks are tasty, the vibes are a great place for happy hour or for a 1st date. Plenty of side street parking. Just a delightful space, I love the colors and the menu is darling. BUT even more importantly the food and drinks are so, so good. AND our server was so great and fun to talk to, he gave us the perfect amount of time to check out the menu and order and amount of checking in on us was just right. Everyone else we interacted with was lovely as well. Also the flan was the best I've ever had.
