They have all the tasty appetizers like chicken wings and shrimp or pork glass rolls. The Pho has traditional ingredients like pork knuckles and blood cubes for getting your body and joints back in order. Got a cold, get the soup. Just left the gym, get the soup.

Honestly have eaten lots of places around the Portland area for Bun Bo Hue and this place has it right. From the broth, to the texture of the noodles, the tenderness of the ham hock, and texture of the blood cake. This place does it right and is absolutely outstanding. Super authentic bun Bo hue, the broth is so delicious. And the staff is also super friendly. I don’t live in Portland anymore but whenever I come back I make sure to visit here.
