Hibachi Of Jenkintown

I got here a lot with a few friends and love it here! The staff are always so nice and friendly and the prices are great as well!

The food was delicious, both the server and chef who served us were very amicable. Chef put on a good show cooking our food and we had a nice conversation as he did. Interior is beautiful, very well decorated, just a little dark, but we adjusted to it quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Been here multiple times. I had a group of 12 that I wanted to come. The woman answering the phone and I came in did not seem interested in taking us at all. You should have someone else answer the phone we went to another hibachi 30 minutes away. Don’t think I will ever come back.

Not great. Waited a good 25 min when no one was in there. Looked liked it was run down from the last time I was in there. Bathroom was unusable. Honestly felt bad for the people working there. Food was good though, vibe was just bad and not at all what it use to be. Drinks meh. Might as well close down. Was our anniversary dinner and we were super disappointed. We rushed out of there and took most of our food home.

I want to be transparent. I walked in with no reservation. I was told it was a 45 min wait, which was fine with me and my party. 30 min later I was told they over booked and we would have to wait longer. The longer wait was also fine, then minutes later we were told we wouldn’t be seated at all. I was trying to g to surprise my son for his birthday and this was disappointing. I may never try you guys again. I know mistakes happen but after sitting for so long and having to leave without service was disappointing.
