Subway - Jellico

The wait to get your food is horrible. Employees would fill the online orders first b4 helping you with your order. Or when it was finally your turn, they'd start your order and also an online order. Making you wait even longer! Each time I've gone, I've waited anywhere from 15-35 minutes just to get one sandwich. The place is clean, employees are nice and all but, they need to pick the pace up.

Meh!!Parking: Just the slopped parking slots can be a bit of a drag!Wheelchair accessibility: Okay, I guess just the sloped spots to park in front of the door make it a lil difficult but still I think doable.

We love Subway anyways, but this one is my favorite! We were welcomed with 3 friendly smiles, like we've been their friends forever! The ladies here got all 4 subs ready super fast, and it tastes great! If we're ever passing through this area again, we'll be eating here! Thank you so much! ?

Came in on a Monday evening at 6:30 PM and waited for about 10 minutes in front of the counter until I was served. Then at the checkout they couldn’t work the register so I just left. Seems like the place needs more staff or better training. Wasted half an hour of my long drive. If you’re traveling through, keep going. I probably would have not been as upset if I didn’t have to wait so long.
