Pizza Hut Express - Jefferson City

My coworkers and I went to lunch at this location. The staffing was so helpful, nice, and accommodating. Donna specifically served us and gave great service. All around great experience.

The service was outstanding but, I ordered light sauce on my pizza. But seemed like they put extra sauce on it. And that I tasted was that tart sauce. It was terrible.

Pizza was ok. Dipping sauce was barely full for breadsticks. And they charge you for parmesean cheese. Which wouldnt be a huge deal if they put cheese on pizza. Have the pizza didnt have cheese

Called to have an order corrected. Spoke with a donna who was super nice at first said no problem we will fix it. Got a call back a few minuets later of her screaming at me telling me I was wrong and she would not be fixing my order and literally hung up on me. Of course I called back she picked up said I already told you no and hung up on me again. Now at this point I want to speak with a manager. Called back again she picks up yet again and says ma?am you can talk to

They don?t answer the phone, and the mobile app is difficult to use. After 3 attempts I finally was able to get my password reset. Finally went to check out and?.. oops something went wrong! I was unable to check out! So I called to order over the phone, and there was no answer. So I ordered Domino?s, no problems there! In the time its taken me to Wright this review my order is in the oven. Goodbye!
