Domenico's Italian - Jefferson City

Before I start this review, I understand that the times in which restaurants are short personal. most restaurants make accommodation for this obviously not here. I recently moved here and thought I would try. it's a Tuesday night. I sat at the bar. there may be 5-6 others probably regular there and I was completely ignored most of the time. I had to be practically for my wein. I asked about water with my meal 3x never get. asked for my ticket 2x every time just said” hang on I will be right there” and would just go with me and make other drinks. I could have evolved at least twice out of the square and hold it from me, this kind of person was because there was no one at the entrance. I finally got another attention to pay my tab and finally get a water before I go. I felt definitiw not welcome to eat here, a new person in the city. I guess it's a place for regulars and they don't need a new business.

I always love eating at Domenico's for special occasions. They are pricey but worth it. Steaks are always prepared to perfection. My favorite is always Veal Picata with extra sauce for my baked potato. The wait staff is always kind but can be a little slow, but they are always attentive.

This place is quaint with a nice decor and friendly professional staff. We were served quickly and the food was great. I would recommend.

Fantastic evening with great food and a wonderful staff. The family has been a great host to many family celebrations across multiple generations all the way from their roots in Florissant, MO. The owner was so kind to talk to me and my wife about their family and their pride shows up in the quality of their food and their fantastic staff. I would highly recommend visiting them in Jefferson City.

Super nice restaurant clean and tidy and amazing meals and the staff are friendly and extremely helpful I highly recommend this place
