Cassio 's is in the heart of Jasper with magnificent views from the terrace and the sweetest, cozy and warm restaurant inside. An authentic Italian cuisine that you could proudly bring are friends Nona, one of the best meals I ever had. Our server Danny was absolutely amazing and helpful. We had two appetizers, our meals, and decided to order another dish to just go, so we can try it really is that amazing/mouth irrigation. Cassio is the place to visit everywhere, and I know that this will be all when I get back to Jasper every time. Saluti
Cassius, an Italian restaurant in Jasper AB, is a very nice and clean establishment. PROS: Great food and large portions Beautiful and friendly staff Warm ambience Clean washrooms Free access to a filled animal museum of the local animal world in the cellar of the restaurant. CONS: napkins should be bigger and more fleshy. The little paper napkin we received was inadequate.
The best in JASPER. Fine Italian food. Wide range of pastas and risotto. Started with the rocket e Finocchio salad has Arugula, razor fennel, cherry tomatoes with red onion, vinaiigrette, honey drizzle, and shaved parmigiana. Chicken Parm was crispy outside and delicate inside. Anna Cassio is to feel welcome and our server Beth friendly, fast and personal.
Had the Pesto Pasta that was delicious. The other people at my table had other pastas I tried, and they were decent, but not so good. Besides, the Calamari was just fine. Great wine and service.
It's still the pandemic Alberta is hit hard. Our first time travel out of town in the last 18 months. Kudos for checking everything according to the AHS guidelines. Vaccination records checked. The place is quite big tables are set respectably spaced out. There are wood panel screens on both sides of our table. We have a tablet with a full frontal view of the VIA Jasper Station, a real bonus. The service is first class, thanks to Earyne. We had the Caprese, with wonderful balsamic vinegar. The risotto Milanese was infused with saffron with the seafood stock having a hint of lobster. The sirloin was done perfectly medium rare. Can't skip the gnocchi that came with the steak, which should have been a separate primi on it's own. Can't write enough, the photos should help the words.
