Employees sitting around goofing off and talking. Asked if I could sub shrimp for steak on a salad waitress checked with so called manager said no problem. However, upon checking out, they actually charged me an ADDITIONAL 6.00 TO SUB THE SHRIMP..NO MENTION OF THE CHARGE WHEN I ASKED. When I asked about it, was told no substitutes allowed..absolutely ridiculous. Food only average. Never coming back. Meal type: Lunch
