Tokkyu Ramen - Japan

I recently tried the Original Ramen at this restaurant and it truly captures the traditional flavors of Japan in a vegan dish. The owners, the Satake Family, are fantastic! The restaurant is very small and simple, but the food is incredibly original. Perfect for those participating in #Veganuary!

If you're craving authentic old-fashioned Japanese ramen, this is the place to be! The food is super delicious, reasonably priced, and served quickly. The restaurant has a traditional Japanese atmosphere with seating only at the bar. We even had a nice conversation with the staff about potentially adding vegan gyoza to the menu, sharing a few of our own recipes. While there isn't a vegan meal option available yet, we hope they will consider offering one in the future.
