Hibachi Sushi - Janesville

Best sushi in the rock county area, I love what they are on their tilapia nigiri, at some point I will find out what it is and put it on absolutely everything.

Not what is used to be. Still generally good but my meal seamed a little careless. 3 orders of hibachi one with alot of veggies, one with half the amount. One of my sauce cups barley anything in it. I don't like the way they are cutting the veggies, not the same as they used to doesnt stay as crisp. Not sure I would pay that amount again for what I got.

Servings are very small for such a high price point. Their sushi roll only came with 5 pieces?? And the flavor was very bland in the sushi and fried rice. Won’t be coming back unfortunately

So to start off food was delicious problem was portions are super small seeing as how I paid 30 bucks for what looks like maybe 2 cups worth per to go container. I don't expect more meat but at least I could get more rice and/or vegetables not to mention I waited 40 mins for my order. SMH. Never going back way over priced and took way to long. And when we mention this all they did was give us an extra sauce and apologized.
