Subway - Jamestown

Was not impressed today, the tomatoes were almost green and the lettuce tasted terrible, and beat that, they have discontinued our two favorite meats!!

I called to place an order for pick-up at 8:24 PM. After 6 minutes of ringing with no answer, I hung up and immediately called back. Despite letting the phone ring the entire time during my 10-minute drive to the restaurant, when I arrived, the person working there went to the back and the phone was picked up and quickly hung up without a word. I walked in at 8:41 and asked why the phone wasn't answered, and was told that there had been phone issues and it had never rung. I was told that the person working tried to answer but it hung up on its own. While I understand that there may have been technical difficulties, it was frustrating, especially since I had called the day before without any issues. The food at this restaurant has always been good, but I was very disappointed with the service on this occasion. If I return and encounter the same person working, I will not be giving my business to this establishment that day.

This restaurant is great - it's always clean and has fresh food whenever I visit. The parking lot is spacious, and since most people choose takeout, seating is usually available.

I usually don't write reviews, but my husband and I went to this restaurant on Saturday. There was no line, but neither of the two employees acknowledged us. One employee was hanging signs and the other was making sandwiches for online orders, I assume. We stood there for about 5 minutes without a word being said, so we ended up leaving.

The food at this restaurant is clean and fresh. The staff is friendly and respectful.
