Subway - Jacksonville

I visited the Subway Store, in the late evening at Midway Park, which we are nearby, . I am not sure that the name of the lady was the help to me, but remember that she was pregnant, but she had the most positive attitude and the greatest smile, although they were nearby they were at the time to take care of our Order. I was very happy

Don’t bother trying to use a coupon here. Whenever I tried to use my coupon, they said sorry we don’t accept your sandwich with that coupon. There’s nothing about the sandwich not be included on it and he said it was “store policy” . Absolutely outrageous. This should be posted, or maybe don’t send the coupons out if you’re not going to honor it.

Wish I could rate this place 0 stars. I ordered delivery through the Subway app and my food never came, so I called the restaurant and the employee who answered was rude and unhelpful.
