Subway - Jacksonville

Not sure who the lady is, but she has some kind of dots tattooed on her face above her eyebrows and blond ish hair. With blue eyes and piercings. I think she has been working there for a while, usually don?t have a problem with her but she was so rude tome today for no reason. I guess she didn?t want to be at work today but that had nothing to do with me yet she still took it outon me. I?m a server so I get it but her attitude was so nasty I wish there was someone I could call to complain to her aboutcause every time I said something to her she either got smart or rolled her eyes. If anyone knows her name let me know. I lovesubway and is my favorite place to go when I?m in the mood for a sandwich but I promise if she?s there my attitude will be asmutual to her as she was to me. I went there around 10:50 this morning.

Showed up at 8:10pm on 8/22/22 and no workers were inside. Turns out that all the employees were outside in one of their vehicles. After 5 minutes of waiting, it took one of their friends who was dining to go and tell them I was waiting.

I came to get my baby something to eat today here. The woman refused my child her food just because my child wanted shredded cheese. The woman was very rude and obnoxious to my child and me she had my 7yr old in tears and told my child to leave that shewould not give her food

The veggies were disgusting. When I asked the female making my sandwich not to use the black, wilted and slimy spinach to use some from the bottom, she ignored me. I did repeat myself an she said I heard you while still putting it onto the sandwich. Ijust told her to keep it. That employee, her attitude and those veggies are horrible.

I love Subway, but this place has terrible customer service and does not seem to worry about her appearance at all. They do not seem to pay attention to how sluggish the product is joined or how the service area appears. I was very disappointed at the last visits.
