The Philly cheesesteak was quite disappointing and didn’t taste fresh at all, but the service and atmosphere were both excellent.

I absolutely love this place! It’s consistently excellent, and the staff are amazing. They’re always friendly, and it’s nice to see the same team has been together for some time—familiar faces make a big difference. This might be a sign that it’s a great company to work for. Either way, the team here is fantastic!

I rated it a 4 because my bread was incredibly soggy. I had the Big Kahuna Chicken, which was good, but the soggy bread was a letdown.

These ladies took good care of me. I have never been to a JM before and showed up 3 minutes before they closed. They were patient and courteous. The sandwiches were really good.

Beyond happy with the service we received tonight. I have celiac disease and have to eat gluten free. They cleaned everything and washed their hands before serving me. The food was amazing. I will definitely be back. Thank you for taking the extras steps to ensure my safety.
