Hala's Mideast Eatery And Market

My first time visiting a Jordanian establishment and I am super impressed. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the welcomed exchange between employees. Everyone was super helpful. The lunch menu was great. I tried the Lamb Shawarma Combo Plate, Baba Ghanoush, and Fattoush. From the grocery the pita, meat pie, zatara, enjara, baklava, and spices were the best prices I have seen. Everything was fresh and aromatic. The deserts were awesome. I don't know how I have missed this delightful treat all these years.

On the surface, a bit tired-looking and for a restaurant perhaps a little on the dirty side, but undoubtedly still the best Mideast Eatery around.

Ate here for lunch yesterday. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff. I sat at the bar, and the food came quick. It got busy around 12:30 with a wait. The food was amazing! The portions are a good size. I will be returning.

Best shawarma ever! The chicken, the sauce and the pita were the best- reminded me of home. I loved every bit of it. Will be coming to see you guys again. 10/10. Love the market too and the customer service is top notch.
