I had the absolute worst experience at the Dairy Queen located at 13966 Village Lake Circle. After waiting for 20 minutes, I had to request a refund. The cashier, Bri, was incredibly rude not only to me but also to other customers. She frequently rolled her eyes at any questions. Her behavior towards her coworkers was unprofessional as well. She clearly should not be working in customer service. Additionally, I observed her carelessly handling DoorDash orders that were prepped and ready. Overall, the experience was terrible. I'm relieved they refunded me, but I won't be returning. It was a complete waste of my time.
When I presented my coupons, the girl at the counter told me she couldn't accept both because it would be two coupons per person. I explained that the coupon clearly stated only one item per coupon, which meant I could use one coupon for my meal and another for the Blizzard. I even asked if she could take a separate order for the Blizzard, but she refused, insisting on only one coupon per customer. I suggested that I could step outside and come back in to order the Blizzard, but she replied, "You do what you want. You got your food, just get out." I was shocked by her attitude. There were three managers in training at the time, and when I approached them for help, the same girl insisted they couldn't assist me because they were only in training. I was astounded! I explained the situation to the trainees, but they said there was nothing they could do and would only discuss it with their training manager. Overall, I was left feeling frustrated and unappreciated as a customer. I will definitely not be returning to that Dairy Queen. However, I do have a podcast talk radio show, and my experience will make for an interesting topic. Sorry, DQ, but you can expect some negative press from my audience of about 9,000 listeners in Jacksonville, Florida.
Arrived about an hour before close. It was evident they were in close mode and chose to restock then take care of customers. Ordered a blizzard and chocolate dipped cone. They hold the all time DQ record for order wait time. They had plenty of staffjust poorly managed. Then I understood why this place has customer service issues. The manager/supervisor was also in closemode. When we did get our order they were very good.
I just had a really bad experience in this store! The blonde young lady on Night Shift in the drive through is totally disrespectful, rude and unprofessional! The food was cold and watered soda. But the main reason for the review is that rudeperson dealing with people! Don?t spend your money where you not welcome!
