Mcdonald's - Jacksonville Beach

Mrs. Elsa was amazing! Of course a drive thru experience isn't a long one but she made mine and my family's a great one. She was so nice. She interacted with our kids. My 2 year old daughter just loved her. A very sweet lady that got our order correct and delivered in a timely manner all while putting a smile on our face and making a memorable moment. Thanks Mrs. ELSA!

The food was delicious We always order extra pickles and there is like 3 pickles. This burger had extra pickles. We loved it

James is always smiling so big and bright I love coming to this McDonald's just to see his smile I wish everyone had a smile this big and I just wanted to tell him that he is such a great customer service oriented worker every time I do an online order he brings me a smile with great food thank you James

We stopped in today (5/20/20) and dining inside is closed due to COVID-19. But, we walked in to make our order and the staff was wonderful! Friendly, professional- got the order perfectly correct. Very welcoming and a clean store. Extremely pleasant young lady took our order, made sure we got ketchup, salt etc. The food was FRESH and HOT and absolutely DELICIOUS! There were four of us, and we had a rough, long day because we had to take my mom to a serious appointment with a neurosurgeon at Mayo Clinic. It was around 2:40 p.m. and we hadn’t eaten since breakfast when we left Orlando to head to Jacksonville. So it was just so nice to be so warmly welcomed, nicely treated and served hot, delicious food. It was something the staff does all the time, but it really made our day. Thank you so much.

I have always been a Fan of McDonalds food, breakfast, lunch, and dinner! This is the closest location to my house, so I come here often. The employees here are extremely pleasent and friendly. Decent customer service as well. My favorite meal here is the quarter pounder deluxe, and I like the sausage mcmuffin and sausage burittos for breakfast. I normally drive through, (thats why I don't have any pictures of the interior) and there is normally about a 5 to 10 minute wait for the food (this location is extremely busy) but it's never that bad. Overall, this is one of the nicest McDonalds locations I have been to and I will continue going to this place. I highly reccomend all McDonalds restaurants, and this location is no exception.
