Pizza Hut - Jackson

The pizza was hot and made as I wanted. I didn't have to wait long for my pizza. the supplier was professional, funny, just a really nice guy. I wish there were more people like him in this world.

Actually put the flavor on my crust! Spread the cheese to the crust rather than just plopping it in the center of the pizza, so when its cut the tip of my slice and its toppings stay stuck to the box. I used to love this pizza hut, now i sigh when my lil guy asks for pizza.. because i know somethings gonna be messed up. At the very least my last 5 orders have been messed up either missing something or instructions not followed.

Food was great and the gentleman who handled my order was very friendly and got me back on my way as quickly as he could. Top notch experience

Pizza was ordered over an hour in advance to be delivered at 7:15. Finally delivered at 8:00 pm. COLD! Tracker showed it being made for 45 minutes. Tried to call store to cancel but get automatically put on hold then call disconnected at 30 seconds. Several times I tried with same result. Not a fan. Saturated pizza market. Will go elsewhere from now on.

The staff were great and the timing was good. The cheese was not good, tasted very processed and cheap. Not what we have received in the past.
