We were visiting from out of town and- originally from the South so- picky about our BBQ. This place passed our bar of ?acceptable BBQ? with flying colors. Not only do they have a thick line of beer on draft but- also wine and great mixed drinks. Pulled pork was good- ribs were great. All for a good price. Would highly recommend
We got here at 5pm and waited for 40 minutes for the restaurant to open because they are short staffed, well it was worth the wait! We ordered the pulled pork sandwich, Mac and cheese, bread pudding and key lime pie for dessert. Everything was above expectations! The bread pudding is crusty on the edge with loads of pecans, the key lime pie has the Wright balance of sour and sweetness, creamy! Five stars.
Wow! This was good BBQ. I'm not hyping it when I say their ribs are about as good as any I've had anywhere including the Carolinas Oklahoma, Texas, and other proud BBQ states across the South. The ribs were smoky, cooked to perfection (tender and juicy), and meaty. Yum, yum!!! We also had the Big Hole burger, the prime rib sandwich, and the Big Hole fries. Everything was excellent. The service took a bit to take our order but was helpful and polite. This place gets busy, so plan accordingly. We'll be back.
I absolutely loved this restaurant! The pork sandwich was fantastic, and the coleslaw paired perfectly with it. My husband enjoyed the best rib Philly sandwich—so delicious! The drinks were both reasonably priced and refreshing. This spot is definitely worth visiting while in the city!
I can only speak for the brisket and onion rings, but they were both delicious! Wife and children got the pulled pork sandwiches with fries. It wasn't a bite anymore!
