The food service staff spoke no English, which we didn't mind we communicated somehow, but the food, oh the chicken and rice dish was so dry and tasteless, we had to keep asking for water refills. We were three people and still the restaurant added an mandatory 20% service tip, and a line on the bill for extra tips. We were shocked, but decided not to challenge it. We were happy just to get out. Never will we return, nor recommend this place.
6/21/23 7pm food was delicious as always but service was awful. Waiter did not offer drinks. They did not clean table after entry. And 20% service was automatically charge at the end.
Caveat, I only had their ceviche and it was excellent. It was a quick work lunch, but wished I could sample some more of the menu. Coming from a first gen Peruvian family with amazing cooks, including my Tia Teresa whose speciality was ceviche, this one from Warique was fresh and on point.
OMG! This place is delicious!!!! I can’t wait to go back! We had lomo saltado, tallarín verde, chicken, anticuchos and chaufa! I mostly loved their aji verde! I swear it was delicious! We also ordered classic ceviche and my whole family loved it but it was a bit sour for me… overall it was amazing food! Service was good!
Not one person speaks English in here. Difficult with relaying and comprehension of food allergens. I agree with a post below this place USED to be so good. They either changed their chef or owner. The chicken used to be so crisp. If I can give zero stars I would. The food was horrible. We came for lunch Please bring back the old chicken and sesame FREE fried rice.
