Better Buzz Coffee Encinitas In Enc

Atmosphere- 5 stars- very busy but has plenty of seating. Open air bar seating area towards front of cafe. Perfect for people watching or surfing the internet. Service- 5 stars- super friendly and efficient. Food- Had an iced vanilla latte and it was awesome!!!

The decor was modern and the bathroom was nice. The acoustics are not very good as the traffic noise from the street echoes inside. I give 2 stars for the taste of our Americanos, it lacked body and had a undesirable flavor that I could not identify. For $5 for a small size it was very disappointing given that their specialty is apparently coffee. I add a star for their customer service.

I recently visited Better Buzz Coffee in Encinitas and loved it! The Cinnamon Cream Cold Brew was smooth and perfectly spiced, and the pastry I had was fresh and delicious. The cozy ambiance and friendly staff made the experience even better. Highly recommend for a delightful coffee break!

I appreciate Mac for suggesting the better breakfast sandwich to me! It was a perfect match with my favorite cold brew! The cinnamon crew cold brew is just so delightful to look at, smell and best of all TASTE! I highly recommend!

I love better buzz, but the customer service I experienced today was not pleasant at all. I 'm not one to complain, but watching the team trainer yell at, insult, and berate her fellow team members was not only unprofessional but hard to watch. Please teach the people you promote how to properly speak to their team and tell this girl to get off of her high horse. Everyone else on the team was amazing but this one girls nasty attitude and superiority complex is truly a stain on this location. 10/10 to all of the other employees on shift but their trainer needs to be fired and given a reality check on how to speak to people.
