House Of B - Istanbul

There are 4 types of noodles to choose from. Yellow, ramen, udon and rice noodles. I have the yellow noodles, personally the taste was fine the critical flavour that is missing is the savouriness. The 2nd most important flavour in asian dishes would be the spiciness and the 1st would be savouriness. My friend and i order the ramen and yellow noodles respectively.
