Ski'In La Tarine - Isola

Been going to the restaurant for a number of years during our ski trips, great food, friendly welcoming staff and great service at both lunchtime and in the evening. A great setting just to sit and watch the world (and sometimes the weather) go by.

What a nice change from all the fancy eateries in Isola 2000...It's a self catering restaurant but i can guarantee that the food is fresh and warm with lots of varieties...We opted for the dining hall next to the fireplace...The place was almost full with smiling faces....Being a self service outlet we can eat at our own pace without the usual chatter of the waiters...A must do if you are in Isola....** this place is not expensive at all**

The welcome you receive here is nothing short of delightful, ski gear and all! Food is excellent, various beef dishes, salads etc., etc., all to the highest standard. They don't mind you sharing too. Nice touch is help yourself to bread. Decor v pleasant which is difficult under the circumstances as it's quite exposed, but in windy cold conditions you can stay inside. Great selection of drinks, all very competitively priced. Again service superb. Loo immaculate. Great views of the pistes. Highly recommended.

Really friendly and welcoming ski lunch stop, with delicious home-made filling food, like boeuf en daube, tartiflette, etc, all buffet style. The staff are super-friendly, kind and helpful. They do bbq and open air grillades when the weather is good. Very easy to get to location in middle of pistes.

Great self service food spot for the best lunch in Isola2000. Different specials everyday including a fish stew, kebab style meat mix, sausage cassoulet and many others. All delicious. Lovely lasagne available everyday too . Also fries,baguettes and lots of snack options. One special was enough for two sharing for lunch.
