Papa John's Pizza - Isleta Pueblo

Shakira is the most amazing human on the planet! There was a glitch with the online ordering, and she went so far above and beyond to make it right. Food was HOT AND DELICIOUS when the driver got it to us. I didn’t catch his name but he was top notch also!

It's been many years since I'd been here. The manager duty was INCREDIBLE!!!! I ordered 2 medium and she saved me money by showing me there was a deal online!!

Usually love this location but the pizza today was terrible.

Do not order here. Same excuse of the “system” not reporting accurately when in reality it’s them clearing out orders so wait time doesn’t show them not being able to keep up. Metrics corp looks at. No other papa johns does this in town and the female manager (Shelby? saying it’s because my house is far from their location isn’t great. Be honest. It goes farther than a pattern that seems to be an issue with this location. Pizzas arrived cold. Save yourself the hassle.

Orderd a Philly cheese steak pizza and received half pepperoni (and lots of it) and half plain cheese. My family doesn’t eat pork at all so that’s half the pizza in the trash, and half a pizza for us with nothing but cheese. Thanks a lot. Very dissatisfied.
