We entered the restaurant and inquired about the vegan sausage roll, but they informed us that it was sold out. There were no vegan cakes on display, and when we asked about vegan ice cream, they only had Arran milk ice for sale.
This is a lovely location with vegan options right at the Lamlash Pier, where you can catch the boat to Holy Island. They offer vegan soup, sandwiches, chocolate cake, ice cream, plant-based milk for drinks, and a delicious sweet potato and chutney roll that is absolutely to die for!
Great coffeeshop. a must visit when on the island. service was amazing. personal was friendly they had milk that was good for vegan drinks. the cakes were also delicious. we had a chocolate brew that was the best if they like it we also had a chocolate and apricot cake and a smoked salmon sandwich. many options for hot and cold foods. Don't come too late because they're always busy!
If I could give six stars, I would! we had a takeout because there are 't many tables: cinnamon beung, apricot tea, and vegan butternut quesh and lenses 'sausage' roll! all were brilliant (obvily only baked because they were still warm). I can't decide whether the standout of the cimtbunke or the (very considerable) sausage roll was: unfortunately we have to catch a ferry tomorrow morning, so won't have time for a repetition!
