Przekaż informację zwrotnąFirst of all, I have to say that I have rarely found it so difficult to write a constructive review, as my stay on site over three days had a lot of light and a lot of shade to offer. I was on site at the Seehotel for three days as a seminar leader with a seminar group. It is important to mention here that hotels and restaurants are run by different operators. While the hotel is traditionally responsible for overnight accommodation, the restaurant is responsible for catering, the seminar room and as the contact person for the daily routine. Without going into too much detail about individual circumstances: Our service person, a young lady, exhibited behavior that I have never experienced in 26 years of traveling in hotels. While on the first day there was extremely disrespectful communication between the group and me personally, on the second day the lady no longer communicated with us at all not about the food, not about possible planning of break times. She just looked down on us and ignored us! Unfortunately, there was no discussion with the management on site because I would have liked to ask the question, how can such a person with behavior that is damaging to the business be brought together as a contact person for a new customer? Not necessarily a talent appropriate use of skills! Two other employees to whom we complained about this situation went to even greater lengths to correct it. After the food on the first day failed to convince the participants, the lunch on the second and third days was really great. The service from the two gentlemen was also really great and very accommodating. At times I even felt sorry for the two very likeable gentlemen because they tried extremely hard to turn the extremely negative impression left by the lady in front of them into a positive one. And I would like to make that very clear at this point. It is thanks to the efforts of these people alone that this review has been achieved at this level because based on the performance and willingness to service of our first contact, even one star would have been too much of a good thing.
Poor price-performance ratio, food was no longer properly replenished from 11:00 a.m. (even though breakfast time is advertised until 1:00 p.m. on Sundays). The employees were actually friendly, but they didn't seem to communicate with each other, which meant that we as customers were misinformed and had to suffer in the end. No trace of insight or accommodation. It's a shame, we were looking forward to this visit and were bitterly disappointed.
We had a really wonderful celebration in Lakewode yesterday. From reception to the end it was a completely successful day! The service and the food were very good. Nevertheless, it was well visited on site. For me, the bad reviews are therefore not comprehensible. I'm looking forward to the next time. Thanks for the beautiful day! Disastrous service, never experienced such impudence. When asked what kind of coffee there was, I was told that it was on the menu. I didn't go into that yet, we picked out cake and coffee. After the coffee was already empty or cold, the waitress informed us that the cake we had ordered wasn't there. We calmly explained that it was very late and that we didn't have any more coffee with cake, to which she replied bluntly that she wouldn't bother with cake first and was visibly bitchy after the normal complaint. When she brought the new order incorrectly after some time and was pointed out, she angrily slammed a plate on the table, brought a new order, which she literally threw on the table and then refused to bring any more coffee. She then ran away and stopped talking to us, and we didn't get any more coffee. When we paid, the waitress didn't say a word to us, not even a thank you or a request was answered. I have never experienced such cheeky, incompetent and rude service. We left some of the cake behind and it got stuck in our throats. Addendum: Management informed, was very understanding, will take care of the problem.
