Przekaż informację zwrotnąI visited this location yesterday for lunch with my boyfriend. It was my first time ever eating at a Potbelly. I ordered the pizza melt and chicken pot pie soup. The soup was great but my sandwich did have a hair in it. It was handled appropriately and they did make me a new sandwich without question. After the incident I noticed none of the workers handling food were wearing hair nets or anything to keep their hair pulled back. One girl who was putting toppings on sandwiches had her hair pulled back in a low and loose ponytail with a hat on but her bangs/chin length hair was hanging down in front of her face and over the food. Another guy had very big curly hair that stuck out all around his hat. Regardless of where the hair came from as a food establishment I believe all workers should be required to wear some sort of hair net or be required to have their hair completely pulled back and out of the way to prevent incidents like this. Just wearing a hat does not prevent this if your hair is not completely covered. I probably won’t return, not solely because of the incident I experienced, but because they are not taking the proper precautions/health requirements when handling food.
Philip Vince at the restaurant arebest, 2nd to none to enlight customers. We enjoyed the veggie Mediterranean sandwiches so much over the weekend. We rate them on top over other sandwiches, wins our appetite to come back soon. Thanks, Ghans Bena, 4/22/24. Hats off to them.
My sandwich is always great and the staff are always super helpful and polite. Awesome
It's a solid sandwich shop. Lines are not uncommon at lunchtime and seating can be crowded but the sandwiches are good.
Worst establishment to work. They don’t want to see you succeed and do not care for their workers. I put a year of my life into an establishment who constantly ignored my concerns and wanted me to quit. I surely did because I value myself way more than this. I advise y’all to find somewhere else to eat. You’re giving your money to corporate animals who do not care about their employees. Thank you.
