Mcdonald's - Irving

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! There were cigarette butts at the kiosk, no napkins available, trash overflowing, and it was only 9 o'clock in the morning. I ordered a breakfast burrito with hot sauce but received a cold burrito with mild sauce instead. I also requested a free vanilla coffee, but instead got ice cream with Splenda and no coffee at all. I've never had a good experience here!

The food was unappetizing, and I had to wait over 30 minutes in the drive-thru line.

The restaurant is very clean! I dined in for lunch and I would rate the service a 5 and the atmosphere a 5 as well.
