Domino's Pizza - Irving

There is never any drivers for delivery...one maybe, they mess up the pizza toppings and when you try to call you might be lucky if they answer, but then I was told I would get a 20.00 credit or come pick up the new pizza because they had 1 driver. I took the credit, but no one took my info as my cell comes up unavailable. After finally getting ahold of them I still would have to go get it. The pizza from this location SUCKS. I wish we could go back to the other Domino's for delivery. It is literally just 1/10th of a mile difference. Why did you change us?!?!?

Ordering from dominos is a joke, 2 minutes later they call me back to say they canceled my order cause they're so busy, again....come on!!!I've been there, they're not busy, ever !!!But the Last 6 times I tried to get a pizza, its not possible, yet just before they opened the store on beltline and 183, I ordered from story and rock island with no problems, and before that store opened, I ordered from walnut hill and beltline with no problems....but those stores are outside my delivery area, lol and distance from my house isn t the deciding factor, story and rock island is closer to me!But there's a new store by my house and apparently asking for delivery cancels your order, so don't try !!!

This location DOES not have enough staff! If you order, carry out! Several times now its been over 1.5 hours to get my order. Today, after waiting that long, I called the store. They said it would be a while still and encouraged me to cancel my order and refund my money. Don't waste your time or money here!

That was the worst Dominican experience ever! we ordered our pizza at 8:30, tracker online said it was of 8:54 and it was for delivery ay 9:10 and we never got the pizza! we continued to call and they answered and stopped. the so-called customer service advised to receive a refund until after delivery was advised. such a bad experience!

Monday, 30th, a delivery order at 15:10 a.m. the order was at 15:34 in “Quality Control”. order the load to leave 4:40 clock. delivery 5:23 clock, 2 hours and 13 minutes later. you can only imagine how cold and stable it was. the sausages of dominos I have ever needed.
