The Melting Pot - Irvine

Always love the Melting Pot. The food is so great and the service is exceptional. They had to move us because the heating was broken on our table and they were so nice about it. The bar service was good, strong drinks. The food was also quite good, Spinat Artichokes fondue and original chocolate for dessert. Also a salad that was amazing.

My children loved it! The four course meal is much for a person, so I would recommend sharing it and then more of what you want. Also ask for a table with 2 pots, even if your 4 people, so you can try different cheeses, bouillon and chocolate for dessert! 5 stars for this place!

You can never go wrong with The Melting Pot in Irvine! It's a family lover. Fondue is so funny and so delicious and this place makes it right! If you have never been, you should give them a call and make a reservation. If we lived closer, we would often go to the bar for Happy Hour! I can't say anything bad about this place! The food is great; the staff is friendly and knowledgeable on food and taste. This is sure to try a place if you are not yet!

From the time I asked for a big party reservation until I paid my bill, the team that needed to get the night perfect was exceptional. To have a large party reservation, you will be asked to complete a large party agreement. In this agreement, choose the food, dessert and number of participants. I mailed my request late and they did not accept any problem. I asked them to confirm that they received my email and confirmed it. They also called on the same day to make menu suggestions based on my party, and it was very appreciated. When our party appeared, the table was ready (Wednesday) :30 minutes before our reservation. The table was perfectly decorated as I demanded balloons and flowers for the wife. The waitress and the server were excellent and well communicated. My only complaint was that the drinks did not come fast enough. At one point, one of my guests complained to me that she had not received her drink when the server came in again. Server heard us, realized he forgot and went back to get it. That was my only little complaint. The family had a great time and I cannot thank the staff enough for this unforgettable night and make it perfect. If we don't happen to get back to this place, we'll probably visit other places. Kudos to the big party staff.

Awesome place to take the family out for dinner. Love that they take reservations way ahead of time. After I booked the reservation I got a text reminder the day before on Yelp. Great dinner and excellent service.
