Marco's Pizza - Ironton

I ordered a fiery sausage and peppers pizza. It was really good.

Place an order on the phone paid for it over the phone payment came out of my card Saturday about 25 minutes an hour and 15 minutes went by I called the store back said they came to the hotel and driver to a different room so they took my food back to the store didn't even call the number I called from back I had to call them driver came back out food was cold didn't even offer to remake my sandwich drivers stated I just go where they say

Ordered online for work. Food never showed up. Great service

I Really can 't give stars for the food since I didn 't receive any. We called ....sat on hold for 10 mins then ordered the pizza for the school night....after being asked my students teacher his name, and the correct spelling of his name the guy on the phone gave me a total and said give them an hour for it to be ready I say thank you he hangs up....fast forward our hour we pull up in our car my husband and son go inside to get the order just to be told they never received my order. So now I have a very disappointed 8 year old because if I wanted to wait an additional hour I could have my pepperoni pizza but would have to wait for them to re ring it up and start all over because of their mistake. SMH... NO thank you ! Terrible customer service.

For the price you can get really good deals from this pizza place their Pizza is out of this world delicious they also have gluten-free the staff is very nice you get your money's worth the pizza is amazing I must try for a Friday movie night or for a night when you don't feel like cooking you won't be disappointed
