Burger King - Irondale

A little slow Drive Thru, food is hot and fresh. In my experience all my orders have been correct.

The customer service at this location sucks. the manager Barbara is RUDE and she sets a poor example for the crew.

I had an issue with my order being incorrect, which isn't a huge deal. However, when my mother approached the staff to discuss it, the manager was quite rude. My mother was respectful; she simply wanted to ensure that my order was correct this time. I empathize with the workers there because the manager’s attitude was uncalled for, considering they seemed overwhelmed. Additionally, many drink options and sweet and sour sauce were unavailable, even though it was only 4 PM. On a positive note, the staff at the bank next door were very friendly, and the restaurant was clean inside.

The service was extremely slow. The morning staff was very nice, but the midday crew was rude and seemed frustrated by the idea of taking orders.

I ordered a $6.00 meal that included a Rodeo Burger, chicken fries, and regular fries. Unfortunately, the Rodeo Burger only had one meat patty instead of the two that were supposed to be included. The bun was wobbly, and the sauce tasted awful, which made me feel sick later. The chicken fries were soggy and not crispy at all, and the regular fries were cold. I had to wait 18 minutes for my meal, and overall, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I've attached a picture of what my burger was supposed to look like, which clearly shows it should have had two patties. It's a significant oversight to miss an ingredient that is advertised on the menu. I have a feeling this place may be the next to go out of business in this area.
