Greggs - Ipswich

I am a regular customer at gregg's upper bach st. I and my son look forward to as we know that the service is excellent eating is great and the staff is so welcoming and nothing is too much annoying, I have always a good laugh while still keeping a great level of professionalism. I can't blame. helen is especially friendly and amazing at her job I have never felt so welcome from everyone. all staff are great, including grace.

Great eating to low trips. they can have a hearty bake and a hot drink for £2:25! separated it would cost as much as £3:50. eating is consistent and delicious. they also do a loyalty card that gives them a free big hot drink when they collect 9 letter marks. I would recommend greggs every day and everyone.

Great service and manage. so a lively little load. tom was especially helpful and went the extra mile for a customer with a walk help. he helped him with everything and made the customer so happy. very impressive.

Had a great quiet 15 minutes snack and drink. it was not about busy colleagues were polite and working well

A good place to visit for a lunch time bite to eat, I usually have a regular mocha and potato wedges with a couple pots of sauce, or a slice of pizza. Staff have always been friendly in my experience and generous with stamping the reward card.
