The baristas are usually quite good and provide a consistently high-quality coffee of your choice. Very nice atmosphere is beneficial for small meetings as well as time with friends
Actually a little unimpressed and overcharged, staff didnt even call our name they just let our order sit there. For the price you can get bettter food elsewhere.
Worst grilled cheese I've ever had. Bread was greasy, soggy and barely toasted. Way too much cheese yes that is a thing. I ordered soup and a sandwich in the restaurant but they hand it to you in a greasy paper bag. Ok i guess I'll eat in my car. Didn't get my drink, apparently you have to go to the coffee shop on the other side to get a glass of water. Tomato soup was ok.
My salad was delicious but my companion found a long blonde hair in hers.
This one really hurts, because I used to really enjoy this place. It seems like over the past year or so the attention to detail has really slipped. The quality of the food has dropped and nothing feels fresh. I used to go in person, but I tried ordering online to support them during the pandemic and my order was not right (they sent a small bowl of soup when I ordered a quart so I had to make other plans for my family for dinner and paid $13 for a small bowl of soup) and the dinner rolls they sent with it felt several days old. I may try the Heirloom downtown, because I did enjoy it when it was running well, but for now, this is a stay away for me.
