Pizza Hut - Inwood

We ordered here because we were fishing outside. And it was close and delivered. From the time of order to delivery it was fast! They called and verified what part of the lake we were and our car color! We wanted to meet her at the entrance. How brilliant! Then our delivery driver Shelby AMAZING!!!! SHELBY BROUGHT US NAPKINS AND PLATES!!! SHELBY is the best! Thank you.

8/13/2021 Upped the score. Pizza's have been great, friendly staff, clean store. We've been going back this past 6 months and have nothing but positive experiences. 1/29/2021 Alrighty, I decided to give this Pizza Hut another chance and was really hopeful they were going to be much better than last year. Well...they really blew me away this time. Pizza was cooked perfectly. Crust had a nice crunch on bottom and was tender above. Cheese was cooked perfectly, looking picture perfect. Same about the cheese bread sticks. The people working there were very nice, courteous. The store seemed much cleaner than last I remembered. I'm bumping my score up. I'll give a full 5 stars when I go a few more times and it's consistent, and yes, with the pizza like it was tonight, I will be back now. Only suggestion, that front door sticks and can be deceiving that it is locked, does it need oiled??? Also, I just attached a picture of what I received tonight. That is not a picture of the pizza's from my prior post. 5/3/2020 Getting disappointed with buying overcooked pizzas from this store. Taking a break from pizza hut and buying well made pizzas elsewhere. 9/3/2020 Ok, after 3 months I decided to go back and try Inwoods Pizza Hut again, was in a rush after a long day at work but decided to pick it up rather than delivery. I asked to see the pizza before paying for it this time rather than have them deliver me a burnt pizza like they have done several times this past year. Honestly, really was expecting the pizza to be better than the last few times I've ordered from them. It wasn't, the cheese pizza and cheese bread sticks were clearly overcooked that the top of the cheese was a deep brown. That is not a good quality product and it's sad that they are pushing a bad product on customers. There are 5 other pizza restaurants in Inwood alone, few miles further many more (especially a really good one in Middleway). With Pizza Hut filing for bankruptcy and closing 300 stores, I had expected this store was going to get it's act together and up the quality of its product to keep it's business. I asked the girl whom let me see the pizza, does this look burnt to you. Her response was that it was not. At that point, I closed the boxes, thanked the girl and walked out. I will not be back. My money will go elsewhere. Anthony's pizza was very well made and those working there were very helpful.

Super delicious pizza, very easy online ordering experience and the delivery person was very pleasant and professional!

Dear pizza, they were out the night. Had the pizza taken back, but not.

My food was cold and the pizza and the breadsticks weren't even cut. I had to cut it myself and had to wait 30 minutes more after I called my order. Pizza was burned, will never be there again.
